About Solidarity Warriors

Solidarity Warriors is an action-focused, national group of people who are dedicated to making real change in the U.S. We are a chapter of the Indivisible movement. We put pressure on legislators through mass calls to their offices and town halls, donate to legal defense funds, support striking workers, protect vulnerable communities such as LGBTQ+ and immigrants, and serve the community.

Each week we typically have a guest speaker and a training session on topics like Growing a Movement in Your Community, Know Your Rights, Protest Safely, What Your Legislators Care About and more.

We encourage everyone from novice activists to group leaders to join us so we can learn from each other.

Please join us for one of our online meetings through Zoom every Wednesday at

5 PM PT / 6 PM MT / 7 PM CT / 8 PM ET.

Inclusivity

Everyone is welcome in our meetings, regardless of location, age, race, gender, religion, party affiliation, or any other factors you can think of. Except nazis and fascists, of course.

History

Solidarity Warriors formed right after the November election. When some people chose to separate themselves from the news, and I don’t blame you, my coping mechanism was to dive in and submerse myself in all of the post-election coverage I could find. When We Are Worth Fighting for formed, I felt energized! Here was something I could DO to resist the new administration. I started Solidarity Warriors with just a handful of like-minded people and today we have over 100 members.
